Hi, I'm Captain Sal. My wife Sharon and I have owned sailboats since 2000, and sailing has been my way of life ever since. I've sailed solo, crewed boat deliveries and made ocean crossings, and the sea still gives me the same sense of peace it did the first time.
I'm a USCG licensed sailing captain, holding a Master license up to 50 gross tons with a sailing endorsement. When you go sailing with us, you're in experienced hands, and you're welcome to learn as much or as little as you like. First Mate Sharon has shared this sailing life with me from the very start.
Meet Wolf, Our Classic Cal 34
Wolf is a classic Cal 34 racer-cruiser, a design built to sail well, and she has been rebuilt and retrofitted for charter safety. She carries up to six guests, so whether you join a shared sail or book the whole boat, every trip feels personal.
Have a bigger group? Get in touch. We're working on options for up to 12 guests on a larger boat.
Safety Comes First
We have deep respect for the sea and the weather. Wolf operates under a USCG OUPV (six-pack) charter license and carries life jackets and other safety equipment for everyone aboard. We only head out when conditions are right, and if the weather isn't, we'll tell you.

Where We Meet
We sail from Safe Harbor Cabrillo Isle Marina, 1450 Harbor Island Drive, San Diego, CA 92101.
- Meet us next to the seal fountain as you drive into the parking lot.
- Take a ticket at the automated parking machine as you enter.
- We have $5 parking vouchers that cover your time with us.
Booking and Cancellations
- Book online through Bókun, our trusted booking partner, with payment in full.
- Prefer to pay a deposit or part of the fare? Call us at (619) 243-6695 and we'll reserve your sail by phone.
- Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a 100% refund.
- If we cancel because of weather, you get a 100% refund.
